Thank you for your health tips, in my opinion, I think too much stress will not make good working, so, I believe in “balance of life” some research said working people should spend their time to sleep 30-40 mins per day, after they wake up, the brain is so clear! However, in some areas (or countries), sleep during working (although it’s lunch or time break) it’s show the symbol of “Lazy people” I never agree with that.
My friend, she always worry about her work and her shape, however, she still spend her time to solve her working problems, but ignore to care her health. I think working and life should balance, that will make people will get happiness both from their working and health.
